Magnificent champagne “De Vilmont” Brut Grande Reserve Premier Cru is made from the grapes of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, grown in the region of Champagne in the vineyard of Premier Crewe class. Grapes are usually collected just before maturity, when the fruit has less sugar and higher acidity. Wine is produced by a traditional method with secondary fermentation and aging in bottles for 3 years.
