“Helene” Avize Grand Cru Vieilles Vignes Millesime is an elegant and refined sparkling champagne produced in the commune of Avize, in the Cte des Blancs region. The Chardonnay grapes, which are the main variety for this champagne, are grown on old vines, the age of which is measured in decades. The 2017 harvest was vinified by natural fermentation in tanks and barrels, then subjected to long aging on lees in bottles.
