Christoph Hoch, Rose is a gentle, light wine that fully reveals its aromatic potential. The high content of lime in the soils of the vineyards Zweigelt and Blauer Portugiser provides quite high acidity. Harvest is collected between mid-September and mid-October. The grapes are crushed and left for 1-2 hours in contact with the skins to extract color and aroma. Then immediately begin fermentation, maintaining the temperature at 12-16 C. In February, the wine is bottled and covered with screw caps.
