Alexis Lichine, Brut, Cremant de Bordeaux AOP – harmonious and balanced wine from grapes grown on clay-limestone soils. It was created from a blend of Semillon and Cabernet Franc varieties, hand-picked at the peak of maturity. Fermentation of the future wine is carried out at a temperature of 16-18 C, which gives it a rich taste and aroma. Re-fermentation takes place in a bottle and lasts for nine months, ending with a degorging procedure. Sparkling wine Alexis Lichin, Brut is optimally revealed in a serving with sweets.
