Wine Aldobrandesca, “A” Rosato, Toscana IGT, 2022

It took a lot of effort to make enough to keep the berries. Grape harvest began in late August with Merlot and Syrah, and lasted until mid-September. After harvesting, the berries were separated from the stems, pressed and subjected to mild cooling to 10 C in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation was performed in the same tank at a controlled temperature not exceeding 15 C. Then the wine is aged for a while in steel tanks at a temperature of 10 C, to give freshness and flavor.
