“Astorre Noti” Brunello di Montalcino is a delicious Tuscan wine made from Sangiovese Grosso grapes grown on the hills of Montalcino. The average age of the vines is 25 years. Harvested in the second half of August. Vinification involves maceration for 15-20 days and fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged 12 months in Alje oak barrels, then 18 months in Slavonic oak barrels and a year in bottles in the cellars of the winery.
