“Tutunjian” Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon – red Chilean wine. Berry Cabernet Sauvignon are grown for him in the vineyard “Tutunzhan” in Trikala. After harvest, the grapes undergo a three-day cold maceration, which allows to extract from the skin the maximum aromatics. Next comes the turn of fermentation, which lasts for a week at a temperature of 28-30 C. Maceration lasts for 2 weeks, after which the wine is aged 8-12 months in oak barrels. After bottling the wine rests in the cellars for about six months. wine potential of 3-5 years.

Via Apaltagua located in a prestigious area in the Apalta Valley Cachapoal. Apaltagua history began in 1995, when the successful American businessman Edward Tutunzhan spent his holidays in Chile and just fell in love with the wine of the country. Having made the decision to invest in the Chilean wine industry, he bought his first vineyard in the prestigious Curico Valley.
