Wine Bret Brothers, “Men in Bret”

Magnificent white wine Pouilly-Fuisse Climat “Les Chevrieres” is produced in very small quantities. This is due to the tiny size of the vineyard “Le Chevrier” (only 0.2 ha) and with age vines (60-70 years), which yield a very limited yield with a concentrated taste. The “Le Chevrier” section, having a western exposure, is located on a strongly clay rocky soil, especially rich in iron oxide. Harvest is collected manually and pressed with whole clusters. After vinification, the cuve is aged for 11 months in oak barrels and bottled without gluing and filtration. Potential storage of Pouilly-Fuesse Clima “Le Chevrier” is at least 8 years.
