Exquisite Italian wine “Caesius” Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore is made from a blend of three varieties of grapes: Korvina (80%), Rondinella (15%) and Molinara (5%). Harvest is harvested manually at the stage of full maturity. After the combing and crushing of the berries, the processes of maceration and fermentation follow at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged in oak barrels. Aromatic wine “Chezius” has a pleasant, rich taste with a well-balanced acidity and persistent aftertaste.
