Wine Cantine Aldegheri, Valpolicella Ripasso “Santambrogio” Classico Superiore DOC, 2018

Wine Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso is made from grapes Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara with the addition of 15% of local autochthonous varieties. Grapes grown in the Veneto region, in a hilly area Santambrogio. Age of vines major varieties blend of 28-40 years, local vines – over 50 years. In the manufacture of wine fermentation method is used again. In obtained after primary fermentation, the wort is added containing natural sugar grape pomace, remaining in the production of Recioto and Amarone. In this method, the wine is obtained full-bodied, with intense flavor and aroma. After vinification the wine is aged in large oak barrels for about 1.5 years. The wine is then filtered and bottled.
