Castelfeder “Mont Mes” Gewurztraminer – dry white wine from the berries varieties Gewurztraminer, collected in lowland areas around the town of Cortina, Kortachchi, Enya and Montagny on the slopes of the hills. The alluvial soil of these places are rich in clay and sand that is optimally suited for Gewurztraminer grapes.
Assembled with vine grapes undergo a process of moderate pressure, are exempt from the slurry by natural sedimentation and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 18-21 C. The resulting wine “Mont MES” Gewurztraminer differs pronounced varietal characteristics: elegant taste, tropical, fruity and clean, straw color. It blends perfectly with dishes of seafood, it also can serve as a separate appetizer.
