Castello della Paneretta, Chianti Classico Riserva, 2011 – succulent wine with rich berry fruit and notes of taste and aroma. Traditional blend of wine is from grapes Sangiovese and Canaiolo grown in the central part of the Chianti area. The harvest is picked by hand, as a rule – in the second half of September to mid-October. Wort maceration with frequent daily pumping takes place in stainless steel temperature-controlled vats and lasts five days. Then the wine is matured in large old French oak barrels of 30 hectoliters capacity within two years. Storage Capacity vintage – until 2021.
