The range of wines “Bush Vines” is the flagship company Cloof entire range of wineries, demonstrating excellent product quality. In English the word “the bush” means “bush” or “terrain, overgrown with bushes.” All line of wine created from vines advanced age, which in the course of the growing season to be a special pruning, making them similar to the bush.
To create a dry red wine “Bush Vines” Pinotage-Shiraz both varieties (Pinotage and Shiraz) undergo malolactic fermentation, then for 5 months mash aged in stainless steel tanks. After fining and light filtration the wine is bottled.
