Dry red wine Cramele Recas, “ Bloody” Merlot was released specifically for the celebration of Halloween. Wine “Bladi” Merlot is based on a blend of red grape varieties. The main variety gave the name to the brand itself, which means “Bloody Merlot”. Grapes are harvested on a site in Transylvania in southwestern Romania. For about seven days, the berries were infused on the pulp at a temperature of 2532 C, and after soft pressing the wort underwent malolactic fermentation. Then the wine was aged in oak barriques for a short time.
