“Discovery” Sauvignon Blanc-Semillon – very attractive in his youth, complex, layered white wine that gets from Sauvignon Blanc rich aromas of gooseberries and lychee, and from Semillon – hints of figs, white grapefruit and minerals component. Fermentation and aging of a third of the must in French oak barrels bring to the wine a great texture and notes of exotic spices. “Discovery” Sauvignon Blanc-Semillon can be stored for at least 3 years.
