Wine “Forte Alto” Pinot Grigio, Dolomiti IGT, 2021

“Castel Firmian” Traminer Aromatic, 2011 – a dry white wine from the region of Trentino-Alto Adige. Wine is made from grapes of Traminer aromatic (Gewrztraminer). This variety is characterized by small clusters, copper (on the verge of bronze) color, characteristic aroma, a smooth balanced taste. Wine is made the traditional way: with a brief contact with the skins for maximum preservation and transmission characteristic varietal aroma and fermentation at low temperature (16-18 C). Medzakorona winery, founded in 1904, is one of the first producers’ associations in Italy. This winery has a total of 2,400 hectares of vineyards in Trentino-Alto Adige.
