“Gran Elias Mora” – one of the best wines of Toro, made from selected grapes of Tinta de Toro, collected from 70-year-old vines in the vineyards located on the hills Wolfs’ Hill. Elias Mora Winery, founded in 2000 by Victor Benavides, named after the former owner of vineyards – Alice Moran. Vineyards with a total area of 30 hectares, planted with vines old Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo local clone), located between the rivers Douro and the Horn. The soil is composed of large pebbles with a low content of organic substances. Continental climate is ideal for growing grapes Tinta de Toro.
