“Identidade” Vinho Verde DOC – semi-dry white wine from the Vinho Verde region, made from three grapes – Arinto, Loureiro and Trajadur. After combing and soft pressing, the wort is fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. After bottling, a small amount of carbon dioxide remains in the wine.
“Identidade” translated from Portuguese means “identity” and seems to refer to the origins of winemaking in Vinho Verde.
