“Bradisismo” – a powerful, rich, elegant, original red wine in the international style, created from grapes Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenere, hand-picked in the vineyards in the Colli Berici. Vineyards farms are located on the low, wooded hills south of Vicenza. Altitude ranges from 50 to 350 meters. The farm has 30 hectares of vineyards. Age of vines is 19-40 years. Harvest from each vineyard is a unique element of the blend, giving the wine a unique taste and aroma.
The grapes for “Bradisismo” harvested by hand. After destemming for 12 days in stainless steel vats fermentation is carried out, during which must insist on pulp. After that, the wine is poured into new French barriques, where the malolactic fermentation. Extract of wine for 15 months in new French made oak barriques Allier and Nevers. Prior to bottling light filtering is performed in order to preserve the aroma and flavor. Storage capacity of wine is 15 years.

The founder of the winery Inama is Giuseppe Inam, who in the 1950’s started to get on their savings vineyards in the Soave Classico wine zone. Giuseppe was convinced of the potential of Soave and wanted to show the world what a Garganega grapes. His goal was to collect only high-quality vineyards with old vines Garganega and create wines that would be able to raise the reputation of Soave. In addition Garganega Giuseppe also began to grow Sauvignon Blanc, as local soil strikingly express themselves in this unique varieties. Today farming Inam owns 25 hectares of vineyards in the Soave, from which are produced as Soave wines and Sauvignon Blanc. The idea of Giuseppe fully justified itself, and today the key to producing great wines Soave is to work with old vines that grow on the best plots.
In the 1990s Giuseppe Inam began producing red wines of the region Colli Berici. Mineral-rich soil, hot and dry climate create ideal conditions for ripening grapes such as Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Carmenere was brought to this place Italian workers returning from France in the 19th century.
