Wine KWV, “Cathedral Cellar” Chardonnay, 2022

The name of the line of wines “Cathedral Cellar” received from the magnificent creation – the cathedral cellar with a vaulted roof, stained glass, granite and wood inlaid floors. It was built in 1930 and restored in all its glory in 2005. This elegant cool cellar wine slowly ripen, becoming rich, sophisticated drinks, in which there is a French influence in the region Cape Wineland. The grapes for the creation of “Cathedral Cellar” Chardonnay harvested in different areas of the Western Cape, mainly in coastal areas: Elgin, Swartland, Walkerbay, Paarl.
