Wine Le Fraghe, “Rodon” Bardolino Chiaretto DOP, 2018

Le Fraghe, “Rodon” Bardolino Chiaretto DOP – organic pink dry wine made from grapes Corvina and Rondinella, which is grown in the company’s vineyards in the communes of Affi and Cavaillon Veronese. The average age of the vines reaches 12 years. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 190 meters above sea level and have a southern exposure. The vines are processed according to the Guyot system. The grapes harvested at the time of optimum ripeness are vinified separately. 6-8 hours cold maceration allows you to achieve a beautiful and lively pink wort color. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 17 C in steel vats. The wine matures on fine lees in stainless steel tanks with a volume of 50 hl until the spring of the year following the harvest and is bottled. Wine can be served as an aperitif, as well as paired with antipasti, light meat dishes and snacks, fish soups, egg dishes, young cheeses.
