Pink dry wine “Kote Mas” Rose Oror is made from three grape varieties grown in a Mediterranean climate on soils consisting of clay and limestone. The grapes are separated from the ridges, each variety is vinified separately. For making wine, only the juice of the “combined run” is used. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel thermostats for two weeks. This process allows you to get the maximum intensity of fruit flavor while maintaining the natural acidity and flavor. The farm Domaines Paul Mas was founded in the Herault Valley in Languedoc by a man named Auguste Mas. At first, the family had only 22 hectares of land planted with vines. The last purchase of Paul was the farm “Domain de Martinolles,” which occupies 50 hectares of land.
