Fine dry wine “And Pron”, according to experts, shows approximately the same intensity and concentration as the best representatives of Amarone, but it is worth half as much. The wine is created from a blend of six varieties of grapes grown in the area of Valpolicella. For its production uses 65% Corvina and Korvinone, 30% Rondinella, Molinara and Kroatina and 5% Sangiovese. Each of the species makes its particular contribution to the formation of the characteristics of this drink. Ripasso wine categories created by the double fermentation. The first fermentation takes place in October. The second time fermentation takes place in March and is carried out in contact with the skins slightly dried grapes, previously used for the preparation of Recioto. Maturation “And Pron” lasts for 18 months, with 70% of the beverage is aged in barrels of Slovenian oak, and 30% – in French oak barriques, and after bottling the wine for at least 4 months stored in the cellars of the factory. The use of this technology allows to obtain a drink with a rich bouquet, rich flavor and great texture, which was frequently high scores well-known international critics. The wine has the potential storage and shows excellent results even after 7 years of aging. To fully enjoy this wine, it is advisable to open an hour before serving.
