“Raphael” Cabernet Sauvignon is a semi-dry red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, hand-picked from selected vineyard plots in the Western Cape. The fruit was de-stemmed and crushed at the winery. Temperature-controlled fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, with the must pumped over twice daily. After pressing, malolactic fermentation and aging in oak barrels, the wine was stabilised and filtered.
