Wine Livernano, Chianti Classico DOCG, 2017

The flagship of the winery that bears her name – wine “Livernano”, which is made from the best grapes farm varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese grown in the rocky soil of vineyards in Tuscany. This is a fantastic wine with excellent potential storage demonstrates the rich fragrant bouquet and dense, full-bodied, perfectly balanced taste with a strong structure. Fermentation of grapes takes place in 225-liter oak barrels. After the end of fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels and then another 6 months in bottle.

Located 600 meters above sea level, the winery Livernano is a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. Abandoned after World War II Livernano land back to life only in 1990, when the owners of the company fully restore them. Today, under the direction of world-renowned oenologist and agronomist Stefano Kocholi Remigio Bordin of 9 grape varieties here are great Tuscan wines.
