Lourensford, “The Dome” Pinot Noir is a dry red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes harvested from young 9-10 year old vines that are cultivated near the Lawrence River. After fermentation, the wine was aged for 11 months in French oak barrels, of which 23% were new. Only the best barrels were selected for bottling. The 2022 vintage can be drunk young or stored until 2027.
