Wine “Possessioni” Rosso created from grapes Corvina, Molinara and Sangiovese grown in the loose red soils with a good layer of humus and limestone in the vineyard “Possession”, located near the town of St. Ambrose, in the regions of Russia del Veronese. The process of fermentation takes place under strictly controlled temperatures 24-26 C for 15 days. Maceration took about 10 days, malolactic fermentation – 15-20 days. Withstands wine in barrels for 9 months and 3 months in 600-liter barrels made of cherry wood. Between the process of bottling and production of wine in the sale took another 3 months. Wine storage capacity – 8-10 years.
Masi family winery located in the region of Veneto Valpolicella in the east, is a dynamic and innovative company. The total area of vineyards Masi is 160 ha 17 vineyards located in the classic Valpolicella zone and 8 vineyards in Bardolino and Soave.
