“El Recio” – a magnificent mature wine in a line of the Spanish economy Matsu, created from Tempranillo grapes harvested from the oldest vineyards in the region Toro. 90-year-old vines grown using biodynamic methods that three generations of winemakers hold sacred, and support. Tempranillo for wine harvested by hand in the first fifteen days of October and delivered to the winery in small boxes.
