Light, fresh and fruity wine “Vigna Turbian” is made from grapes Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave. Harvesting is carried out in late September for the Trebbiano di Soave varieties and in mid-October for the variety Garganega. Vinification varieties carried out separately: Trebbiano processed without oxygen for complete preservation of the aromatic properties, Garganega – the traditional way. After fermentation, the wine is aged sediment until March, followed by a assemblage and bottling.
