Neleman, Macabeo, Valencia DO – organic dry white wine from Valencia, created from Macabeo grapes. This grape variety easily tolerates drought and grows well on poor soils. After manual harvesting and fermentation of the wort in steel tanks, half of the wine is aged 4 months in French oak barrels, half in neutral stainless steel tanks. The wine goes well with fish dishes, seafood and asparagus.
