Ottomani, Chianti Selezione is an elegant, juicy wine made from Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes, typical of Tuscany. The harvest is done manually. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts and 30-day maceration on the skins take place in concrete tanks. The wine is then aged on fine sediment in new French barriques for at least 14 months. During this period, malolactic fermentation occurs naturally. The wine is not filtered before bottling.
