Wine Pianirossi, “Solus”, Maremma Toscana IGT, 2015

Wine “Solus” – one expression of the company philosophy Pianirossi, which distinguishes it from other producers in Tuscany. The main characteristic of the wine is a unique blend of a relatively high content of varieties of Montepulciano and Sangiovese and a small addition of Alicante. The uniqueness – not only the name of the wine, as translated from the Latin “solus” means “unique”, but its essence, reflecting the uniqueness of the terroir and the generosity of the Maremma. Wine “Solyus” fermented in stainless steel tanks and concrete tanks. For excerpts used French oak barrels volume of 5 hl, where the wine matures for 12 months.
