Wine Pirovano, “Corte Arcadia” Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC

“Corte Arcadia” Chianti DOCG – classic dry red wine from the Chianti region. The basis of the blend is the Sangiovese grape variety, which endows the wine with good acidity and high tannin, as well as a rich ruby red color. To smooth over the rough edges, winemakers add a small portion of Canaiolo to the wine. Harvested when the berries reach optimum ripeness. The wine is vinified according to the traditional method of making red dry wines. The wine will be an excellent addition to fatty meats, hearty first courses, pasta, pizza and mature cheeses.

For more than a hundred years, the basic principle of the Pirovano winery has not changed – offering its customers the best wines from the most favorable wine regions of Italy. This is a guarantee for the consumer that each wine, reflecting the best characteristics of the terroir of origin, is made in accordance with strict principles that the company has unswervingly followed in its work since 1910 and today is one of the largest producers in Italy.

The main office of the company is located in Calco and occupies more than 25 thousand square meters of area, of which 11 thousand are devoted to production. The winery’s cellars can store up to 3 million liters of wine in stainless steel containers. Wine is stored at low temperatures. Then it is prepared with great care for the filling phase, but first it is subjected to sterile microfiltration, which ensures the preservation of its natural taste and aroma properties. Filling is carried out using high-tech devices, which protects the wine from environmental influences. More than 120,000 liters of products are bottled by Pirovano daily.
