Wine Podere della Bruciata, “Cesiro” Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, 2015

Terre del Bruno, “Albore” Toscana Bianco IGT – elegant white wine, enchanting with a bright floral-fruity aroma and a refreshing, balanced taste. The wine is made from grapes of the Vermenetino and Trebbiano grapes, which mature in the vineyards of the farm at an altitude of about 350 meters above sea level. The average age of the vines is 10 years. Planting density – 3500-5000 vines per hectare. Harvesting is carried out manually after the berries reach the optimum ripeness level, as a rule – in late August-early September. At the winery, the fruits are delicately pressed in whole clusters and subjected to vinification. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 1618 . Exposure to fine sediment takes place in steel tanks and lasts until March-April. After bottling, the wine “rests” in bottles for 2 months in the cellars of the winery.
The annual production volume is 7000 bottles.

All wines are produced using traditional technologies, but using innovative high-tech equipment.
