Wine Poderi del Paradiso, “A Filippo”, Toscana IGT, 2022

Poderi del Paradiso, “A Filippo” – an excellent balanced wine, created from the Merlot, which are grown in the region of Tuscany, in the heart of San Gimignano. The soils are rich in volcanic rocks and clay. The process of winemaking involves twenty-day maceration in contact with the “skin” and the subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature, and malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged in new French oak barrels for 16 months. Wine “Philip” was named in memory of a loved family pets Chetty – Cat Filippo. In keeping with the style, pattern decorates the wine label cat silhouette.
