Wine Poggiotondo, Vermentino, Toscana IGT

To create white dry wine Poggiotondo, Vermentino, Toscana IGT, the producer uses Vermentino grapes grown in the Tuscany region on calcareous soils with a high content of white sea shells, which gives the wine a special elegance and complexity. After harvesting the berries are not sorted, but gently pressed into the entire cluster, after which the resulting juice is cooled to 8 C. The fermentation process is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18 C for 20 days. Wine is kept on a fine draft in steel tanks for about 60 days at stable temperatures, and then bottled.
