Wine Reyneke, Chenin Blanc, 2023

Generous, delicious Sauvignon Blanc wine is made from the same grapes harvested from three areas of vineyards economy Reynard. Harvesting is done early in the morning until the temperature is low enough. After harvesting berries further cooled overnight in a cold room. The next morning the grapes are pressed, to limit the amount of solids in the juice. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in old French oak barrels. This enables better control of the natural fermentation. Before entering the market, the wine is aged six months in the cellars of the winery.
