Wine “Richebois” Cotes du Rhone AOC Blanc, 2022

“Taillan” Rouge Moelleux is a red table semisweet wine, made, as a rule, from grapes of Grenache, Senso and Carignano varieties. But the varietal composition may vary depending on the crop year. Grapes for wine production come from plots located in different wine regions of France. Harvest is harvested by machine. After careful selection, the berries are separated from the ridges and carefully pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Maceration with the addition of enzymes facilitates the extraction of aromatics from the skin into the wort. After 8-10 days the wine is separated from the pulp, filtered, stabilized and bottled. “Tayan” Red semi – sweet is a good everyday wine, not intended for long-term storage. It is recommended to use it for young people.
