Rubinelli Vajol, Valpolicella Classico DOC – a young, very fresh wine from traditional Italian grape varieties – Corvin, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara and Oseta. After thorough sorting and easy drying for 1 month, the grapes are pressed in early November. The fermentation and maceration process lasting 15-20 days is carried out at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 24-36 months.
