“Rotas de Portugal” Branco – an elegant dry white wine created from the grape varieties Arinto and Fernau Pires. The vineyards are located on clay-limestone soil in the Tagus region. The grapes harvested by hand are pressed under a pneumatic press, then the cold maceration stage lasts for 48 hours at a temperature of 15-17 C. The wine is aged for 6 months in bottles. The wine goes well with salads, lean fish, seafood, soft cheeses and fruit desserts.
