Wine Suavia, “Monte Carbonare” Soave Classico DOC, 2022

Wine “Monte Carbonare” created from Garganega grapes. The wine matures 5 months in steel tanks, together with sediment, and after bottling – another 5 months. Ageing potential “Monte Carbonari” – 3-5 years. The average annual production – 30 thousand bottles of wine.

In one of the oldest Italian wine regions, in the Veneto region, is an estate Tessar family, members of which for many years involved in winemaking. In 1982, Giovanni Tessar and his wife Rosetta decide independently engage in the manufacture of wine and no longer take the crop to the local co-op. They give the name of his farm Suavia – in honor of the ancient city in the region of Soave.

The vineyards of the estate area of 1700 hectares are located around the village Fitt, to the east of Verona, in a hilly area that has rich soil, microclimate and great potential for the production of top-quality wines.
