Wine Tenuta Le Farnete, Carmignano DOCG, 3 L

Carmignano red wine produced mainly from Sangiovese grapes with a small addition of Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines of these varieties are grown in soils rich in limestone deposits, with a small amount of clay in a favorable Mediterranean climate. Vineyards, the average age of the vines is 20 years which is located at an altitude of 150 meters above sea level. Vinification berries is carried out in steel containers at controlled temperatures. Then for 8 months kept in oak wine barrels, 20% of which are new, and 8 months in the bottle.
Wine Carmignano 2009, which perfectly complement the meat dishes, different subtle and complex flavor and a wonderful, balanced, harmonious taste with a rich long finish.
