Wine Tombacco, “Ca’ Del Doge” Chardonnay, Trevenezie IGT, 2021

Wine “Ca ‘Del Doge” is created from grapes Sangiovese grown in the famous Chianti region. Harvest undergoes maceration of the skin for about 10 days, and then fermented at a controlled temperature of 30 C. Extract of wine produced in cement vats to preserve the fresh flavor and the best varietal characteristics.

Tombakko company was founded in the beginning of XX century as a farm for growing vegetables. Since its inception, every effort has been focused on how to produce products of the highest quality.
