Wine “VII Zapovednikov” Cabernet de Vulcanesti

“Waltz of Flowers” Cabernet – a natural ordinary table red semisweet wine, made from the grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in the south of Moldova, in the Vulcanesti region. This region is characterized by a hot and dry climate. Most of the vineyards are located on limestone slopes, providing good drainage. Layered alkaline chernozem soils rich in minerals, an average annual temperature of 9.9 C and a climate softened by the proximity of the Black Sea allow the grapes to achieve maximum ripeness and a good balance of sugar and acidity. Grapes from the Vulcanesti region produce bright, rich, but at the same time fresh and well-balanced wines with pure fruity and floral tones.
