“Trilogy” – a luxurious wine endearing for its rich flavor and aroma from the first seconds. This wine is considered the first “Bordeaux” Blends produced in South Africa. Blend wine consists of three grape varieties – Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grown in the vineyards of the economy. After harvesting, the berries undergo vinification, after which the wine is aged for 26 months in 225 liter French oak barrels, of which 61% – new. Potential fault “Trilodzhi” more than 20 years.
