Chardonnay Select – elegant dry wine Chardonnay to which is grown in the area “Bisamberg” near Vienna. Soil rich in limestone rocks of the vineyard that provides the future wine a refined, fresh character. The average age of the vines used is 25-40 years. The harvest is picked by hand and then pneumatic pressing is fermented in oak tanks. Vinification involves malolactic fermentation, and the fermentation process is carried out batonazh (mixing).
